We are pleased that you are considering the Beebe Estate as a location for your event. As you may already know, this estate is one of the Melrose's most important historic properties. Upon receipt of this form, a check for the rental fee and a signed copy of the Usage Agreement, your date will be reserved. Facilities are to be left in "good order," chairs and tables taken down and stored, all areas clean and tidy. Remember to remove everything you brought in, including garbage!
- No smoking anywhere in the building or on the grounds.
- No screws, nails or tape; nothing may be adhered to the walls; any decorations must be removed.
- The Beebe Estate Board of Directors, Beebe Estate Association, the City of Melrose or their representatives, do not assume responsibility or liability for you, your guests or your personal property, nor are they responsible for any permits or licenses necessary for your event. Per diem insurance is available and recommended.
